Indian State | No reason to Believe that empowering our states in the indian federation would case national integration.

indian State:

indian state is an association of several states in common matters or interest and independent in other matter and altogether states form an union.

It would be wrong to say that the empowering of states would leads to disintegration of states.

  • Because there are several obligations on to the states which prevents any kind of disintegration.
  • for instance, article 1 of the constitution states that India is the union of states.
  • And the constitution west vast to center with powers to keep the country integrated.
  • only the parliament has the power to alter the states or the boundaries of states.
  • the constitution has also separated the powers of center and states and envisaged the power of center and states in schedule- 7 which consists of a center list, state list, and concurrent list.

so the above reason implies that the empowerment of states would not lead to disintegration.

instead,

  • empowering of all the states would lead to the prosperity of the nation.
  • empowering of states would be conducive to the improvement of India's ranks in various indexes.
  • empowering of states would enable the states to their potential at the fullest and ut eventually augment the life of the citizen.
  • By empowering all the states of India would be able to contribute to the GDP of the nation, which was slipped into the technical recession that year due to the attack of the coronavirus.
  • empowering states financially would ultimately enable the states to augment the health and education infrastructure which leads to the formation of human capital.

What Next :

so the above statements categorically several that empowering of states would not lead to the disintegration of states, instead of at this dire times empowering states would enable the states altogether into the situation which would begin the journey of the country back to its path after the hit of covid-19.
